Belmonte to Monsanto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>49.3 miles, 1413 metres climbed, 1391 metres descended, temperature about 25C. Yet another blue sky day, a little chilly at the start but warmed up quickly on the first short sharp climbs.<\/p>\n<p>Coffee came at 19 miles at the top a longish climb. A nice location with swings overlooking the valley we descended into.
